The Business Analyst is responsible for the optimization of processes, an
excellent quality of (internal) services and an optimal customer satisfaction.
The design and implementation of the best possible solutions for customers are
key to this function. The Business Analyst always acts according to both global
and local processes, directives and procedures of the company.


Key Tasks

•​Implements new customers.

•​Designs functional requirements and solution specifications.

•​Determines the customer requirements.

•​Strives for optimal customer satisfaction.

•​Is responsible for creating, maintaining, standardizing, implementation
and follow up of (work) instructions.

•​Is responsible for the pro-active drafting and implementation of
continuous system improvement plans which contribute to the customer

•​Works closely with the operations staff and tech team to align customer
and internal requirements.

•​Aligns (implementation)project planning with customer and internal.

•​Provides input in the development process.

•​Prepares instruction manuals and provides instructions to users.

•​Performs other assigned tasks.

Educational background / Work experience

•​A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

•​Minimum of 5 years working experience within logistics and/or technology

•​Experience with project management.

Language skills

•​Fluent in the English language (spoken and written)

•​Fluent in Dutch or Mandarin language (spoken and written)

Computer literacy

•​Knowledge of and experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
